Hello!  My name is Marlene Gardner and I am a Professional Childcare Provider with over 14 years of child care experience.  I am currently working toward a B.S. Degree in Early Childhood Development.  My daycare home is State Licensed and has passed all background and home safety checks.  I provide quality child care in a clean, safe, smoke-free environment.   I am Adult, Infant and Child CPR & First Aid Certified, attend weekly education classes and have completed  over 50 college credits toward an A.A.S. Degree in Early Childhood Development.
        I have been happily married for 22 years and have a 15 year old daughter.  My husband is  U.S.  Navy Retired, and currently works for the U.S. Coast Guard as an aircraft electrician.  My daughter is a part-time assistant for my daycare.  She is a sophomore in high school, a honor roll student, and a math tutor after school and on weekends.  She plays the saxophone for her high school band, and was on the girls tennis team her freshman year.   My husband and my daughter are Adult, Infant and Child CPR & First Aid Certified and complete 6 hours of child care training per year.  
         My goal is to make sure every child in my care has the opportunity to learn and develop at his or her own pace.  My toddler, and preschool program addresses each child individually.  My mission is to help children build confidence and a love of learning.
